BSB20115 – Certificate II in Business

The BSB20115 Certificate ll in Business course reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision. Students will develop skills in contributing to a safe work environment to minimise workplace risks with Workplace Health and Safety principles, customer service, customer relationships, work practices, working effectively in a business environment including innovation and communication, as well as technology skills of word processing, keyboarding and spreadsheets. Students will also learn to work in a team environment and to plan and organise their work load

 Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Certificate II in Business itemising all units/modules successfully completed. Following receipt of written advice from the student (or teacher) that the student does not intend to complete the full course, the student will be issued with a Statement of Attainment listing all units/modules successfully completed.
