Intensive Support for Jobseekers

Eligible jobseekers have access to a wide range of Intensive Support programs including:

• Employment Preparation.
• Job Search Training.
• Customised Assistance.

Assistance under these programs may include access to individualised assessment of a jobseeker’s needs, aims and options, specialised training in job hunting including application letters and interview techniques and other assistance to find and keep that dream job.

The Intensive Support Customised Assistance program goes even further. There eligible jobseekers access one on one assistance from their own experienced Employment Consultant who will tailor their support to suit every jobseeker’s unique needs. This support may include:

• Skills coaching.
• Funding of work related certificates and licence's.
• Interview or work clothing.
• Help to get to the job.
• Wage incentives for an employer.
