3) We can tap into the various employer ‘wage assistance’ incentives
4) We can save you time and money by providing full recruitment services
5) We can source information and advice on Traineeships and Apprenticeships
6) We can also:

-Coordinate advertising
-Provide short listing of applicants
-Screen and interview applicants
-Conduct some skill and aptitude testing
-Conduct reference checks
-Provide post placement support
-Other Services for Employers

Jobs Australia also provides an ‘On-Hire’ service called speediestaffsolutions. Jobs Australia can provide staff ‘On-Hire’ to a host employer. The employer pays a fee that covers wages and on-costs including an administration charge. This service can be very helpful when needing staff in an emergency or when workloads are higher than usual.
